NIHAK’s regional development services are a joint tool for municipalities

The investment outlook for the coming years is exceptionally strong. During 2026–2027, the combined value of projects in the investment decision phase will exceed one billion euros. For 2026 alone, the value of investments already decided is approximately EUR 315 million, and the value of projects currently in the investment decision phase is around EUR 800 million. When projects progressing over a longer timeframe are also included, NIHAK estimates that the total value of investments will, in the long term, exceed ten billion euros.

NIHAK’s regional development services help municipalities in the region create the conditions for new investments and support local companies in participating in the implementation of these investments.
